TäsmäZekki – a tool for assessing current life situation and work capacity of people with partial work ability

What is TäsmäZekki?

TäsmäZekki is a quick and easy-to-use tool for assessing the life situation of people with partial work ability, developed by Diakonia University of Applied Sciences (Diak) in collaboration with its project partners. It is based on the validated 3X10D life situation indicator, which was developed to assess well-being and changes therein.

The test consists of 12 clear questions covering daily life, relationships, health, finances, and work ability.

TäsmäZekki is available in Finnish, Swedish, and English. Respondents receive a personalized summary of feedback that helps them recognize their own strengths and encourages actions that improve their situation.
